Join us to welcome in 2011 on Hobart’s stunning waterfront at the feature event of the Taste Festival - the New Year’s Eve Party. Enjoy some of the best food and beverage Tasmania has to offer while being entertained by some great musical acts.

The skies of Hobart will come alive with light and colour during a family fireworks display in Sullivans Cove at 9.30pm and a grand fireworks display on the waterfront at midnight, promising something special to bring in 2011.

Come with a group and book a table or buy a general entry ticket and move around the party. Join in and dance, absorb the visuals and toast in the New Year at the Festival.

NYE @ the Taste is certain to be a great night of fine food, wine and entertainment.
